During the last few weeks, all of my energies were focused
on creating, installing and producing everything for the “Lady Cocorico” , and I couldn’t post much about it. Last Friday, just before the
opening on Saturday night, when the exhibition was finally installed, I took
some photos of it. It will be exhibiting at Gam Gallery (which is a
hairdressing salon, and a concert venue as well) until November 25.

Eyes, heads and news
The eye had been applied, and then removed and re-applied only a few days ago.
This past month has been long and full of events,
But now, when the lady can finally rest, there is some news: Next to her, you can see the beginning of a new project I have been busy with lately. Here you can see a bit more of it.
And here are some detail shots.
These heads - together with the lady - will be exhibited next mouth, along with other works, as part of a solo show I am going to present at Gam Gallery, right here in Tel Aviv. The opening will be on Saturday, September 24.
I will be back with more details soon.

More Surgeries
There were some more surgeries to perform during the last few days. They are probably the final ones, but I will have to confirm in the next few days.

The lady
The process of creating this lady is becoming even slower and is leading me to diverse paths that I didn't even imagine at the beginning.
Sometimes I feel like the process is close to its end, and then I find out that there is much more work to be done; sometimes it make me feel frustrated, as if this project would never end.

Painting
During the last few weeks, the lady has been resting (recovering from her last operation), so there was time for observation.
Now I wonder - and am also a bit worried - about my dolls' reaction to this new direction I took.
