Quilt

My quilt, socks applique quilt, done. I thought about it as a picture that should be hang on the wall, but as I completed all the stitching work, I was curious to test it in other forms too:

These are parts for new applique picture I am stitching. I made the sketch bellow, but changed many parts while cutting the socks pieces. The characters and furniture are all made by socks.

Background is made by Gal's old T shirts. I ironed them with interfacing and sewed with polyfill so they lost the old T-shirts look.

Now I just have to sit down and stitch the parts to the background, very cozy winter activity.
Oh and I couldn't resist trying on the new socks slippers, they are warming, comfy and funny, so I decided to list them at my etsy and dawanda stores.
