I had a day off from the shoes sewing today so I got back to this couple, I began stitching-sculpting the faces.
First I stitched some kind of elliptic sheet of old white sock on the doll's face, and stuffed it with Acrylic so I got some 3d shape.
In this upper sheet I cut two holes for eyes.

I took a marble and warped it with some piece I cut from one of the most crumbled part of the sock.

Then I put it inside the holes and sew it with the hole's margins.

I stitched the nose.

I made the mouth the same way as the eyes.

Another girl joined, and now they are both waiting for some new manipulations in their socks being.
